I've spent years leading AI Foundation teams at ASML — building the operating models, data infrastructure, and team structures that enable AI at enterprise scale. I've seen firsthand what works and what doesn't.

From management consulting at KPMG to leading AI transformation at ASML, I've worked at the intersection of technology, data, and organizational change. This combination — strategic thinking plus hands-on building — is what defines our approach.
